Job Description

This position involves maintaining and expanding client relationships, meeting monthly sales targets, and promoting the organization’s products in a professional manner. Responsibilities

Without being restrictive and subject to modification (by prior notice from Employer), The Employee main duties shall be as follows:

  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with new clients in the assigned market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products;
  • Make outbound sales calls (cold and warm), in-person visits, and presentations to prospective clients;

  • Attends and/or presents at marketing events, conferences./seminars and trade shows;
  • Assist the Sprott Money Ltd. team with additional tasks, as required.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of financial markets; particularly the precious metals industry;
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course;

Responsibilities
  • Manage precious metals storage accounts and monthly billing

Job Description
The Operations Associate plays a key role in Service and Delivery, Storage Administration and Transfers, and Compliance. This role ensures that shipments and transfers are completed on time and without error, exceeding client expectations. The Operations Associate supports the smooth movement of high-value products, manages vendor and client interactions, and upholds company standards in operations, logistics, and compliance.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  • Manage movement of high-value shipments from purchase order to final delivery
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across all platforms (Sprott Money website, collectibles website, and Amazon)
  • Recommend inventory replenishment based on business needs
  • Leverage systems, equipment, and process design to improve cost, quality, and efficiency
  • Coordinate product distribution and participate in planning activities such as sales promotions
  • Negotiate rates, manage departmental expenses, and assist with budget preparation
  • Represent company products and services at trade shows and conferences
  • Coordinate storage client audits and manage storage-related client communications
  • Approve and maintain all storage applications and documentation
  • Manage order cancellations, shipping, and audit charges

Job Description
The Compliance Officer ensures Sprott Money’s full adherence to all applicable regulatory obligations under the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA) and FINTRAC guidelines. This role oversees the company’s compliance framework, monitors transactions for suspicious activity, manages reporting to FINTRAC, and maintains internal policies, controls, and training programs related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF).

The Compliance Officer also leads fraud investigations, manages 3rd party payment and shipment reviews, and ensures all compliance logs and records are accurately maintained and updated.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Sprott Money’s AML/ATF compliance program in alignment with FINTRAC requirements
  • Serve as the designated Compliance Officer under the PCMLTFA
  • Conduct ongoing risk assessments of business activities and client transactions
  • Ensure timely and accurate FINTRAC filings, including:
    • Large Cash Transaction Reports (LCTRs)
    • Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs)
    • Terrorist Property Reports (TPRs)
    • Electronic Funds Transfer Reports (EFTRs)
  • Monitor client and transaction data for suspicious activity
  • Lead fraud investigations and reporting
  • Conduct and report on 3rd party payment and shipment investigations
  • Maintain and update compliance logs for large cash, fraud, and 3rd party transactions
  • Develop and update AML/ATF policies, procedures, and recordkeeping practices
  • Deliver ongoing AML/ATF training and compliance onboarding for staff

Responsibilities

Executive Support
